Cancellation Policy

• Standard Orders: You can cancel your order for a full refund if the request is made within 24 hours of purchase, provided the item has not yet been dispatched.

• Post-Dispatch: No Cancellation Allowed.

• Custom Orders: Due to the personalized nature of made-to-order sofas, cancellations may not be accepted once production has commenced.

Return & Refund Policy

• Inspection at Delivery: Customers are required to inspect the sofa immediately upon arrival. Any visible damage or defects must be noted on the delivery receipt to qualify for a free replacement or repair.

• Return Window: Eligible returns for non-damaged items are generally accepted within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

• Refund Processing: Once the returned item is received and inspected at the warehouse, refunds are typically processed via the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Warranty

• Manufacturer Warranty: This sofa includes a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in the frame and structure only.

• Exclusions: The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse.

Product will be deliver in 15-20 days time after getting full payment.
